1. Order Processing Time

  • Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared and handed over to our shipping partners within 1 to 3 business days.

  • You will receive an automatic email notification with your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

  • Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays in the UK.

2. Shipping Origin

  • UK Fulfillment: As stated in our company policy, Helliosh operates under United Kingdom law. All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our logistics center in the United Kingdom.

  • We do not operate a local warehouse in Turkey; therefore, all orders to Turkey are treated as international shipments.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times vary based on your location. The estimates below are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Since we ship from the UK, international orders (including those to Turkey and the EU) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

  • Customer Responsibility: The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for all such import fees. Helliosh has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • You can track your package via the link provided in the email or directly on our website.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes, Helliosh is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or unforeseen carrier issues.
