We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we cannot ship to. If you are in one of these countries, we will contact you.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
HELLIOSH is not responsible if the wrong address is entered during the checkout process. Please make sure your billing and shipping address are correct before we process your order. If we have made a mistake, we will take full responsibility for the original order being placed for you free of charge.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items are shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur custom fees when they arrive in your country.
DISTRIBUTION TIME
Shipping time is 6-14 business days.
*This does not include our 1-3 day processing time.
*All shipping times do not include customs clearance/customs delays
*Shipping to Türkiye, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait may take a few days longer.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number, but sometimes tracking is not available due to free shipping.
MY TRACKING SAYS "NO INFORMATION CURRENTLY AVAILABLE"
For some carriers, it takes 1-3 business days for tracking information to be updated in the system. If it has been more than 7 business days since your order and there is still no information about your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY PRODUCTS BE SHIPPED IN A SINGLE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase are sometimes shipped in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
